Working from Home for Employees

To provide learners with an understanding of what it means to work from home, how to establish expectations and set up a productive work environment to manage work/life balance.  

 

All prices are in Australian Dollars.

Online courses are non-refundable once purchased/accessed. All online training courses are designed and developed with cross platform compatibility. The online courses are tested extensively on all types of operating systems, browsers, and devices (desktop and mobile). If you are facing any difficulties accessing the course, we will provide you with assistance and support to help you get started. 

 

All refund requests are assessed on a case by case basis, and refunds will be considered if the request is assessed to be reasonable.

 

Learneyo will allow for exchange of courses under the following conditions: 
Exchange request is made for another course of equivalent or lesser value, and
the originally purchased course is not accessed within 15 days of purchase. 

Exchange requests must be emailed to support@learneyo.com within 15 days of the purchase date. 

 

In case of unintentional multiple payments for the same course (purchasing a course multiple times) , Learneyo will issue refund upon request. There will be a $0.30 transaction cost charged by credit card processor per transaction.

Purchasing Course License: 
Course license fees provide access to the courseware for 3 months.
An additional 10% GST will be added during checkout.
Promotional codes are applied during checkout.
This site is designed for purchase of individual licenses.
For multiple licenses or for additional information, please send an enquiry to support@learneyo.com to obtain a discounted rate.
Payment can be made either by Paypal or directly by credit card using the Paypal or the Stripe secure payment systems.
Payment processing is provided by Leaneyo’s online courseware developer, The Big Canvas Pty Ltd. 

 

Accessing Courses:
Once payment is made for a course, you will receive a link to login to the Leaneyo learning management system to setup your password and to access your course. If you do not receive this email, please check your 'Spam' folder or contact support@learneyo.com.
