Course Overview

This highly interactive course provides interactive video based scenario to help managers develop their understanding of workplace bullying and harassment as well as understanding their role and responsibilities in preventing and effectively managing incidents that may occur.

Suitable for all management to develop basic knowledge and understanding of their roles and responsibilities in ensuring a safe and healthy workplace and culture.

To provide learners with an understanding of equal opportunity in the workplace including; their responsibilities with regards to discrimination and harassment, effects of this behaviour, what managers and supervisors can do to prevent this from happening and how to manage incidents that may occur.
